Good evening.
Just wondering if you can help. I have purchased two replicas from Lifetime replicas and as far as the transaction there was a hiccup with currency conversion but after 5 days as per their email, they have debited $AU300 from my credit card. I have sent two emails to them and no replies or contact received in regard as to when to expect delivery of goods.
And to make things worse, whenever I try to access their website again a warning from my antivirus states that that site has a trojan attached to it and blocks any access to this “dangerous site”!!!
I am getting very worried that this company has taken me for a ride and basically got my money and will not deliver goods…and if by chance goods are delivered that if something is not right with them that I will have no means of support or contact for exchange or refund.
Can you advise of my next step in this process? they debited money on the 27th April and we just want our product as they state on their site that delivery is between 8-10 days.
If I have to get the law involved, which I am happy to do they may lose their business and I would thus want to recover my losses.
I am also worried that they may try to double bill or keep on charging to my card…
What do you suggest?
